Requirements

- Extensive experience in IT operations or IT department supervisory experience. - Knowledge of Google, Microsoft, Apple, and service desk management tools. - Exceptional organisational skills for managing information flow between technical teams. - Proven ability to influence and build consensus across diverse departments (Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations). - A proven record of problem-solving and project management skills. - Professional experience in automating manual tasks and improving reliability with process automation, QA testing, and enterprise platform administration. - Extensive experience in a management position responsible for managing a team of software, SRE, or DevOps engineers. - Professional experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools and cross-platform integrations. - Tenacity to drive issues to conclusions and develop sustainable and scalable solutions. - Ability to multitask and effectively function in an interrupt-driven and high-visibility environment. - Effective communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the companys IT strategy in alignment with business objectives. - Manage and maintain operating systems, applications, and security tools for optimal performance. - Oversee the provision of efficient and effective IT support to all employees. - Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect data and systems. - Serve as the primary orchestration point for the vendor procurement process. - Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and security. - Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation. - Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. - Lead, mentor, and develop a small IT team, fostering a collaborative work environment. - Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and specifications.
