We are looking forexperienced and highly skilled Bakery Operatives to join our team at Carlton Bakery. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in food manufacturing who are ready to take ownership within a highly automated, fast-paced production environment and play a key role in driving performance and continuous improvement.
About the Role
As an Advanced Bakery Operative, you will takefull ownership of your production area, operating and optimising advanced machinery to deliver consistent quality, efficiency and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Operating and setting production machinery in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve optimal performance
2. Leading by example in adhering to Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) and Food Safety standards
3. Proactively identifying faults, inefficiencies and quality issues, working closely with Engineering to resolve root causes and implement improvements
