Our client is a fast-growing, internationally recognised music and entertainment business operating across multiple labels and entities. With a strong presence in the global music market, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion across Europe.
The Role
We are supporting the search for a Senior Accountant to join the European finance team, reporting directly to the European CFO. This is a key role responsible for managing financial reporting across 8–10 entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial control in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.
This position offers a blend of hands-on accounting and group-level exposure, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounting across 8–10 entities/labels within the group
* Lead group consolidation processes and support month-end close
* Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls
* Oversee fixed assets, accruals, and prepayments
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
* Partner closely with the European CFO on financial insights and improvements
About You
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven experience within the music industry (essential)
* Strong multi-entity accounting and group consolidation experience
* Confident with balance sheet ownership and month-end processes
* Experience using NetSuite is highly desirable
* Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
