A client of mine is after an Interior Architect or Part II Architect or Architectural Designer or even Architect whereby they are paying up to £50k p/a for this position. You'll be working on interesting heritage buildings working with a commercial client who is a retailer doing refurbishments from scratch all the way through to completion. This role would suit someone architecturally trained, with hybrid working out of a London office. It is imperative you have loads of experience working on UK projects in a commercial sense, with some PM exposure too and a good technical eye as this role is highly technical.
