Phoenix Care Staff is looking for reliable and compassionate Female Autism Support Workers to support individuals across community-based and supported living services.
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
* Experience in community outreach or supported living is desirable
* Driver with access to your own vehicle preferred due to community-based work
* A genuine passion for promoting independence, dignity, inclusion, and choice
* Reliable, professional, and flexible with working patterns
* Confidence supporting individuals with varying levels of need, including complex behaviours
* Ability to work independently while following person-centred care plans
