Key responsibilities:

* Handle a caseload of residential conveyancing work under the supervision of qualified solicitors
\t
* Provide administrative support to other property lawyers in the department
\t
* Liaise with clients, other professionals and internal colleagues
\t
* Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications/skills required:
\t
* Experience in residential conveyancing
\t
* 0-3 years pqe
\t
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
\t
* A meticulous eye for detail
\t
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
\t
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\t
* IT literacy and experience with a computerised case management system
\t
* Experience of CQS accreditation and Lender Exchange
\t
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
