Junior VDA (Apprentice/Trainee)
Location: Weston super Mare| Salary: £8.00 - £12.00 per hour depending on experience
Full time/40 hours a week with half an hour unpaid lunch break
The Role: Looking to kickstart your career in automotive engineering? Our Junior VDA role offers hands-on training in vehicle damage assessment. You will support our senior team while learning the technical and commercial skills needed to become a fully qualified assessor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with vehicle appraisals and documenting damage via digital imagery.
* Learning to use industry-standard estimating software like Audatex.
* Communicating with customers and workshop staff regarding job updates.
* Supporting administrative tasks, including invoicing and parts tracking. Requirements:
* A passion for cars and a willingness to learn technical product information.
* Strong communication skills and a methodical approach to work.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
