We are looking for a Finance Systems Administrator to join our Finance Systems Team.
The team is responsible for supporting and developing the University’s Finance System (Agresso) and the associated integrations with other business systems.
Finance Systems Administrator Overview
The University is about to migrate its Finance System from an on-premise solution to the Cloud. This role will support the Finance Systems Team during the migration and focus on managing day-to-day operations.
You will support end users (Finance and non-Finance staff), assist in the ongoing development, testing, and building of Finance systems, and handle queries via the helpdesk.
You will also be responsible for updating the Finance web presence.
Finance Systems Administrator Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* At least 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths
* Experience working within a financial environment
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Effective customer service and communication skills
* The ability to prioritize tasks and work to tight deadlines
* Enthusiasm, initiative, and keen attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience in updating websites
