Job Description We are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Director to join the Strategic Challenger Banks Team within GTM Banking. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of account management practices to build and nurture strong collaborative relationships whilst aligning client objectives with Experian business strategy. Strategic Challenger Banks is a vertical team within Experian UKs largest vertical markets Team Banking. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with excellent Account Management and Sales skills to become a key part of a successful team and to broaden their career. You will be involved in Account Management and Sales of the whole end to end Experian portfolio within three named Strategic Banking Clients. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of Account Management, from ensuring client satisfaction and retention to managing new business initiatives and delivering revenue growth. The role requires an individual that can demonstrate experience of working with large and complex clients in a competitive environment and with the necessary Sales and Account Management skills to drive success. An understanding of industry trends, market dynamics and the competitive landscape is desirable to help anticipate clients needs and position Experian as our clients strategic partner. Youll succeed in this role by demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail with an ability to engage with and challenge key stakeholders. It is important that you can work as part of a team, but also act on your own initiative to drive successful outcomes for Experian and our clients. Qualifications Were looking for an experienced sales professional with a tenacious can-do attitude. Youll be comfortable presenting at Director levels and creating persuasive proposals to enable us to win and grow. Experience of selling to Financial Services or Banking is preferable and were looking for: Strong commercial awareness Negotiation skills Excellent relationship building and Stakeholder management skills Experience and training in a recognised sales methodology such as SPIN, Miller-Heiman etc. Proven experience in managing virtual teams to deliver and achieve targets Strong track record of regularly achieving sales targets Additional Information Our uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.
