IFA ADMINISTRATOR STOCKPORT PERMANENT UP TO £30,000 DOE FULL OR PART TIME Our client is a well-established provider in their field who have become a trusted name to their clients. They are looking for a diligent and dynamic person who can join their Administration team. Duties include: Understanding 3 rd party providers platforms and processing times Managing your individual workload using personal diary system to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion. Investigating and handling any client queries Managing and distributing post. Dealing with queries over the phone and via email. Understanding the internal compliance procedures and the requirements of 3 rd party providers Maintaining client records on back-office system Covering receptionist duties such as post, phone calls, greeting clients and dealing with third party suppliers. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience with ideally 1 years experience minimum working for an IFA practice or provider. You must have an excellent telephone manner, strong communication skills and be self-motivated with a willing to take initiative.
