We are a large care company that maintains a warm family feel, with great support networks including regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring for our staff. We keep our homes small for that personal touch and to ensure a person-centered approach for each resident. We encourage feedback from staff to help us grow and stay connected with those providing hands-on care.

Our goal is to support residents to live as independently as possible, providing great training opportunities for our staff to equip them with the skills needed to assist our residents in living safe, structured, and fulfilling lives.

Ashgate is a registered care home with 10 residents receiving support from our friendly, kind staff team. We would love you to join us.

We are seeking committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, regardless of experience.


Responsibilities and Duties

Our staff support adults with mental health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including assisting with daily living skills, personal care, community activities, and managing some challenging behaviors.

Our residents require care 24/7, so weekend work is necessary, but we share responsibilities to provide some free weekends, ensuring continuous support. Shift patterns are 7.5 hours. We offer part-time contracts with the possibility of enhanced overtime rates, though this is optional.

Driving is an advantage but not essential.
