If so, this could be an ideal next step for you. We’re looking for a Training Co‑Ordinator to join our GXO Direct operation supporting SC Johnson Professional at our Denby site. This is a new, permanent role, responsible for managing and coordinating all training activity on site, ensuring compliance, engagement and continuous improvement across all departments. This is a full‑time role, working 40 hours per week, on days, with flexibility required to cover between 06:00 and 22:00 when needed to support operational requirements.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate all training activity across the site in line with business, compliance and customer requirements
* Act as an ambassador for learning, providing coaching, support and on‑the‑job development
* Deliver MHE training and support wider training delivery across operations and support functions
* Maintain accurate training records, evaluations and compliance documentation
Qualifications
* A current MHE trainer qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT), or extensive MHE experience with the ability to achieve trainer qualification
* Experience coordinating training within a warehouse or operational environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* A flexible, organised approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands
