Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking an exceptionally diligent and proactive Benefits Associate to join its growing EMEA HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver the firm’s benefits and well-being strategy across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end campus recruitment across EMEA for internship and full-time analyst programmes
* Build and maintain a strong, diverse undergraduate talent pipeline
* Partner with hiring managers, senior stakeholders, and university partners
* Deliver campus engagement activities and early careers recruitment programmes across multiple countries
* Manage assessment, offer processes, and workforce planning
* Contribute to broader early careers and talent initiatives
Key Requirements
* 3+ years of campus or early careers recruitment experience
* Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Knowledge of the EMEA recruiting landscape (Europe & Middle East)
* Financial services experience preferred
