Job Title: Maintenance Scheduler
Location: Carlton
Salary: Circa £40,000.00
Purpose of the Role:
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Maintenance Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of our site maintenance programme. You'll play a key role in ensuring all maintenance activities are delivered on time, to standard, and with minimal disruption to operations.
What will you be doing?
1. Develop, maintain and communicate structured maintenance schedules
2. Plan all maintenance activities using a proactive, preventative approach
3. Use CMMS systems (e.g. SAP) to manage workload, data and reporting
4. Support service contract management (renewals, service visits, performance)
5. Contribute to a continuous improvement culture (lean / efficiency focus)
6. Understand manufacturing efficiency (e.g. 6 losses) and production priorities
7. Attend and lead key planning meetings to align engineering and production goals
8. Work cross-functionally with engineering, production and external partners
9. Manage contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
10. Review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
11. Champion a zero-accident culture by consistently demonstrating safe behaviors
