Job Title: Site Manager
This role involves leading a team of professionals in the delivery of construction projects. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
You will be expected to develop and implement project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage resources effectively. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
* To lead a team of professionals in the delivery of construction projects.
* To develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
* To coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and colleagues.
* To manage and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
* To maintain accurate records and reports, including project documentation and site diaries.
Requirements:
* HND (or equivalent) in engineering, project, or construction management.
* Membership of a recognized construction-related professional body.
* Risk Assessor Training and Health & Safety Management of Sub-contractors Training.
* A1 Assessor qualification.
* Ability to work collaboratively and integrate into multi-disciplinary teams.
* Site construction experience and knowledge of risk assessment and management principles.
