Key Responsibilities Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, structured learning environment Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and general administrative tasks Supporting pupils academic, social, and emotional development What Were Looking For We are seeking individuals who demonstrate: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments A commitment to maintaining high standards of behaviour and safeguarding Experience and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should ideally have: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar classroom-based support role A sound understanding of classroom practices and strategies for supporting pupils with varying abilities Experience in supporting positive behaviour and contributing to an inclusive learning environment A relevant childcare, education, or support qualification (desirable but not essential) Why Join the Supply Bank?
