Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic Accommodation Cleaners to join our friendly Resort team, helping us maintain our luxury holiday lodges and glamping tents at Crealy Resort. Clean, comfortable accommodation is a huge part of what makes a guest’s stay special, and your work will directly contribute to creating unforgettable holiday experiences. Please note: This role primarily involves working Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
* Cleaning bathrooms and toilets
* Emptying bins
* Making beds and preparing bedrooms
* Cleaning kitchens and living areas
* Vacuuming and general cleaning duties across all areas
* Sharing your knowledge of the resort to assist with guest queries
What we’re looking for
* A passion for great customer service and making every stay special
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
* Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
* Confidence when engaging with guests
* Willingness to complete Health & Safety training and assessments
* No prior cleaning experience is required—although it’s a bonus—as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The Details
* Hours: Seasonal role, including weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance.
