We’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (Investments) to support a newly established Investments division, created to drive value across a portfolio of strategic assets and joint ventures across telco, infrastructure, and innovation.
About the Role:
* Act as Senior legal advisor on high-value corporate and joint venture matters.
* Work closely with the Investments Director, Group GC, and external partners.
* Provide expert counsel on governance, risk, and dispute resolution
* Influence board-level decisions and lead legal strategy across multiple geographies
You’ll Support Investments In:
* Telco (e.g., JVs in Europe, Australia, and India)
* Infrastructure (e.g., fibre and towers across Europe and Asia)
* Innovation (e.g., space tech, digital platforms)
* A strategic legal thinker with proven M&A and post-deal experience
* Expertise in telecoms or tech sectors
* A strong track record leading legal teams and influencing senior stakeholders
* Significant in-house or top-tier firm experience
