Job Description: * Subject to the successful closing of the transaction with Spirit, after obtaining relevant regulatory approvals * JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the Airbus team at our Belfast facility. Becoming a member of the Facilities Management and Real Estate organisation, you will lead Technical Facility Services delivery to the site, in order to achieve operational and strategic objectives, in full compliance with regulations. Having accountability for governance, operations and maintenance of work space, and related infrastructure, you will manage suppliers to ensure their compliance and financial targets. You will align the site organisation in line with other UK and transnational sites, and integrated organisations, and ensure delivery of any tenant obligations within scope. *HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM* * Define strategy and policy for all maintenance activities (i. Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, Fabric, Cranes) ensuring continuous improvement through data analysis * Asset management - delivery of a 5 year rolling investment plan, aligning with Airbus sustainability objectives * Ensure good relationships with internal customers, understanding and anticipating the business and customer needs, including active demand management and supplier performance management * Provide maintenance of facilities, infrastructure and technical equipment (mechanical & electrical) to ensure a safe working environment, business continuity and property value retention through asset management and performance of energy and water efficiencies to meet with the Airbus corporate environmental objectives * Manage the Statutory Inspection Contract and ensure the sites compliance with any Statutory requirements, delivery of FM responsibilities and performance of the support functions * Supplier management through Service Level Agreements / Key Performance Indicators, Governance and regulations * Financial management, operational budgeting, spend and risk and opportunity management * Ensure adherence and utilisation of the Airbus Health and Safety tools * Contribute to reduce operating costs by delivering cost saving targets through business transformation, supplier and contractor management and implementation of new technologies * Continue to develop the FMRE specification * Co-ordination, tender and delivery of minor works projects (0 - £85K) * Management and completion adherence of all tasks within CMMS /CAFM tool *ABOUT YOU* * Mechanical / Electrical knowledge * Financial management understanding, operation and investment budgets * Knowledge of Building and Maintenance regulations * Facility maintenance and operations management * Partner and subcontractor management * Project management fundamentals * Sustainability fundamentals LI-CG1 SP-TRA This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
