The Role
No two days are the same! You may be:
* Delivering sports sessions and supporting PE lessons
* Leading warm-ups, drills, and extracurricular activities
* Supervising classes during teacher absences
* Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students engaged
* Supporting students both inside and outside the classroom
* Acting as a positive role model within school
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from people who are:
* Passionate about sport, education, or working with young people
* Confident leading groups of secondary-aged students
* Positive, adaptable, and approachable
* Strong communicators with good behaviour management skills
* Reliable and professional
* Experienced in coaching, tutoring, youth work, mentoring, or schools (preferred but not essential)
