Responsible for contacting candidates over the phone, who have applied for various positions across the North East. Resourcing Consultant Duties and Responsibilities: To be actively involved in the recruitment and interview process of candidates for various positions Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract candidates Match individuals to specific employment opportunities Carry out in-depth screening and application via telephone To assist and support recruitment consultants with the recruitment process To liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process To keep company CRM systems up to date at all times Any other ad hoc duties Resourcing Consultant Applicants: Must have excellent communication skills Confident telephone manner Must be driven and motivated Salary is up to £24,603.15. Working Monday to Thursday, 8.30am until 5pm and Friday 8.30am until 4pm.
