This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer or Solicitor to join a progressive and well-respected practice known for its quality work, strong client relationships, and supportive culture. The Role You will play a key role in handling a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, with autonomy and support from a collaborative team. Key responsibilities include: Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents, and reports on title Contributing to the ongoing development of the department and maintaining high client service standards This role would suit someone confident in managing their own caseload, while also being a strong team player.
