The Role
This is a field-based role where you will be trusted to own your area and shape its success. You'll focus on winning new business, building strong relationships and developing long-term opportunities through specification-led sales.
You'll work closely with:
Specifiers and Designers
Electrical Wholesalers
Contractors
End Users
From first conversation to final project completion, you'll manage opportunities end to end - learning fast, gaining exposure and developing your commercial confidence along the way.

Background & Experience
Extensive training is provided, so lighting industry experience is not essential
Ideal for candidates from sales, construction, electrical, engineering or technical backgrounds
Candidates with a lighting design or engineering background are particularly welcome
Must be comfortable working remotely as part of a regional and national team
A full UK driving licence is essential
