We are currently building a talent pool of skilled Sand/Shot Blasters for upcoming opportunities with multiple clients across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Successful applicants will be considered for positions in construction, manufacturing, metalwork, and industrial surface preparation projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for coating, painting, or finishing using sandblasting or shot blasting techniques
* Operate and maintain sand/shot blasting equipment safely and efficiently
* Remove rust, old paint, and other contaminants from metal surfaces
* Ensure consistent surface preparation to meet quality standards
* Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance
* Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
* Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet project requirements

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Sand / Shot Blaster or in a similar surface preparation role
* Knowledge of operating abrasive blasting equipment safely
* Understanding of surface preparation standards for coatings and finishes
* Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions
* Attention to detail and quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to relocate to the UK or Ireland for employment

Language Requirement (Mandatory)
As part of the visa and employment requirements:
* Candidates must hold a valid UKVI IELTS (Academic or General Training)
* A minimum score of 5.5 in each section (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is required
