I’m working with a fast-growing SaaS company that’s using technology to transform the way property management works in the UK. Their platform automates time-consuming admin and compliance tasks through an intelligent digital assistant — helping property managers and tenants alike save time, stay compliant and communicate effortlessly.
They’re now looking for a Technical Lead to take charge of the engineering function, working closely with the founding team to scale the product and build out the technical vision. This is a hands-on leadership role — perfect for someone who still enjoys coding but also wants to shape the architecture, lead a small team, and influence the direction of a growing business.
The Role
* Lead the design and development of the company’s AI-driven SaaS platform
* Stay close to the code — review, optimise and contribute where needed
* Mentor and guide engineers, setting the standard for best practices
* Work closely with product and design to deliver impactful new features
* Ensure reliability, performance and scalability across the platform
* Contribute to long-term technical strategy and product roadmap decisions
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally within AI, SaaS or automation platforms
* Strong technical background — experience with Python, Node.js, cloud infrastructure or ML integration is a plus
* Previous experience leading a team or taking technical ownership in a startup or fast-paced tech business
* Someone who enjoys solving problems, building things that matter and working collaboratively
