Residential Conveyancer
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Full-time, Permanent Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our client's Residential Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancing professional to manage a varied caseload independently while delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.

The Key Responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancer:
* Independently manage a full and varied caseload including:
o Sales and purchases
o Leasehold and freehold transactions
o Newbuild matters
o Transfers of equity
* Produce high quality, accurate work with minimal supervision
* Maintain excellent communication and accessibility for clients
* Ensure sound financial management of files, including billing and monitoring of costs
* Support the firm in achieving and maintaining accreditations such as Lexcel and CQS
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient departmental operations

The Key Requirements of the Residential Conveyancer:
Essential:
* Minimum 2-3 years' proven experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions
* Commitment to excellent client care and high professional standards
* Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
Desirable:
* Experience working within quality standards frameworks such as Lexcel or CQS
* Relevant legal qualifications such as Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent
