Project Value (M&E): £50M
I am working with a thriving and highly respected mechanical and electrical contractor, recognised as a market leader across the UK. This flagship project involves the construction of a series of ultra-high-specification cabins, offering a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering a truly distinctive development.

* Maintain robust version control and ensure compliance with project QA/document protocols.
* Support coordination meetings by preparing and issuing accurate document packages and drawing registers.
* Manage document transmittals, trackers, logs, and audit trails to ensure clear visibility of document status at all times.
* Provide ongoing support to project delivery teams, promoting best practice in document control processes and systems.
About You:
* Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction.
* Strong understanding of document management systems, version control and QA procedures.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders including subcontractors and consultants.
* Based within a commutable distance of Northampton.
