About the Role
Days of Working: Monday to Friday - 09:00am - 17:30pm
The successful candidate will possess an innovative ‘can-do’ attitude, with a high level of attention to detail to help complete daily operations within the Catering systems team and support in innovation within the Catering business. You will oversee daily operations of recipes compliance, support embedding innovation systems within the business. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will have exposure to various projects around Epos, Recipes and costings along with becoming an integral part of the team.
Main Duties
* Recipes: Ensuring Allergens & Nutritional information are pulled through into Recipes
* Ensuring correct costs into each recipe.
* Assisting in correct products available on our System.
* Maintaining Menu Rotations within our System
* Vending/innovation: Assisting with Site Survey forms
* Supporting in activities to launch new innovation
* Updating Asset Management Lists
* Assisting with Vending Card reader terminals
* Assisting in site Planograms
* Epos TillS: Assisting with Price/Tariff changes.
* Assisting new Product requests.
* Assist with setting up of Till Menus & Rotations.
* Assist with Card machine issues.
* Assist with Daily Maintenance of our Pre Order Apps.
* Updating Asset Management Lists
* Bookwork/EDI Support: Assisting with Sales and Cash Variances
* Assisting on Stock Sheet maintenance
* Assisting EDI Missing invoices
Key Skills
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Have attention to detail.
* Good IT Skills (understanding of modern technology)
* Takes responsibility for own tasks and completes to a high standard.
* Able to manage own workload and prioritise workloads to important deadlines.
* Good Excel & Word skills
* Good Team Player
