We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.
As a Store Manager, you will help deliver the store purpose by guiding commercial and community strategies in your store. You will also lead your team and show them how to make shopping at Co-op a fantastic experience.
Key responsibilities include:

You will need experience of guiding and developing a team and working in a busy, service-focused environment. Good communication skills are essential, and you should be able to coach, motivate and inspire your team.
