£60,000 - £65,580 DOE (Maybe some room for flexibility) + Training + Development + Progression + Pension + Excellent Benefits
Are you a qualified lawyer who has experience working on commercial law for construction or infrastructure companies? Are you looking to join a national organisation, where you will be a vital member of the team?
On offer is a technically challenging position, with a clear path of progression and ongoing training. You will play a key role in providing legal advice which supports the delivery and future operation a massive infrastructure projects.
This company is at the heart of the British transport network and are considered as a huge part within the UK's expansion plans. As the company continue to grow, they are looking to bring on a Legal Counsel keep up with high demand.
This role will therefore suit a candidate who is a qualified lawyer looking to progress their career. The role covers a wide range of commercial/contract law. From influencing stakeholders and advising on resolution of contract claims to negotiation of high value, complex construction, funding agreements - every day will be different.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any qualified law professional to work on come of the largest construction projects in the UK.
The Role:
* Construction Assurance of a large construction project
* Varied role with a focus on commercial law
* Hybrid role (2 days per week in office)
The Person:
* Qualified solicitor or barrister
* Experienced in contract or procurement law
* Ideally experience working on large infrastructure projects within a construction company
