Join a leading multinational pharmaceutical organisation as a Data Analytics Delivery Project Manager. Reporting directly into the Director Of Data Analytics, you’ll drive the end-to-end delivery of data analytics solutions for manufacturing sites across Europe and India, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with industry regulations.
The focus of these end-to-end Analytics solutions projects is to provide faster & better insights from the data to the key Pharma Manufacturing Directors & Senior Business Stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver multiple data analytics projects for manufacturing operations, aligning with business objectives and regulatory standards
* Manage cross-functional teams (data engineers, data architects, UX/UI engineers) and relationships with key IT & Business stakeholders across Europe & India
* Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, resources and risk registers
* Projects are focussed on the development of Data analytics solutions using AWS cloud services, Python, Power BI, Snowflake and Databricks
* Ensure data governance, security, and compliance (GxP, GDPR)
* Engage stakeholders, manage project resources & expectations and provide regular updates to senior leadership & key stakeholders
* Identify and resolve project risks, issues and dependencies
* Promote continuous improvement and best practices in Analytics Solutions delivery
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in project management and the delivery of data analytics or BI solutions, ideally in pharma or manufacturing, is essential
* Proven ability to manage distributed teams and projects across Europe and India
* Deep expertise in AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, etc.), Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks
* Experience delivering projects in regulated environments (data integrity, security, compliance)
* Excellent communication / presentation, stakeholder management and leadership skills
* Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred:
* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
* Experience in pharma manufacturing operations or supply chain analytics
* Familiarity with GxP, GMP and pharma regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
* Project management certification preferred
Working Model
Hybrid or 100% remote (but must be based in Ireland or UK).
