My client is seeking a Wealth Planner in the Northern regions. This is a key client-facing role, having responsibility for client wealth planning, client relationships and for supporting the client in engagement with our Investment Managers.
As Financial Adviser/Wealth Planner, you will be responsible for working directly with our clients, to provide wealth and financial planning solutions, ensuring they are given the best possible advice to inform their financial decisions.
In return for your skills and experience, we’ll ensure you’re given the best support possible, with our team of client liaison administrators and paraplanners to hand to ensure you’ve the details our clients look for. We’ll also, where applicable, provide study support and opportunities to progress within the Group.

This role will provide a competitive salary with a clear and transparent bonus structure, so any clients you bring on board will earn you more, with existing clients’ retention being rewarded.
The successful candidate will:
1. Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing private client relationships and providing financial advice.
2. Have experience across a range of products and asset classes.
3. Have the ability to work with clients across all wealth bands and communicate effectively from the most financially astute client to those with no financial knowledge.
4. Be qualified and competent to provide advice with a valid SPS. Ambition to move towards Chartered Status if not already held.
5. Have strong sales and presentation skills.
6. Have the ability to work as part of a defined client team, delegating work to colleagues and interacting with different offices to deliver an efficient, compliant and engaging service to clients
