This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 2 Receptionist/Clerical Officer to join the Community Mental Health Team at Brynmair Clinic, Llanelli.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a desire to support our team and leaders in all tasks.
Main duties of the job
An understanding of confidentiality is essential, along with an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
The successful individual will need to be a team player with good verbal and written communication skills. Previous office administration experience is desirable, and a good knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft Office packages and databases) is essential.
The applicants must have a flexible approach to the needs of the service and be able to travel between sites in a timely manner, in line with the Transformation of Mental Health 7-day working.
