We’re looking for an Account Director to join one of the North East’s most exciting creative agencies. Someone who thrives on big ideas, strong relationships, and commercial results.

What You’ll Do
* Lead relationships – Be the senior point of contact for key clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.
* Shape strategy – Understand your clients’ businesses and turn insight into action.
* Champion creativity – Work with strategy, creative and production teams to deliver ideas that make a difference.
* Drive growth – Spot opportunities to expand relationships, pitch new ideas, and strengthen the agency’s role as a strategic partner.
* Stay commercial – Manage forecasting, profitability, and scopes — keeping the numbers as sharp as the ideas.
* Deliver excellence – Ensure projects run smoothly, issues are solved early, and standards stay high.
* Contribute to culture – Share knowledge, inspire others, and help shape the future of the agency.
