We are seeking an experienced HR systems professional to manage and maintain our HR systems, including HRIS (Cascade) and ATS (Networx). As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for producing advanced reports using query builder tools and Excel, as well as merging and preparing documents using mail merge.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems administration, with experience in query builder tools and reporting. Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms (Cascade and Networx ideal) is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this position.
You will work closely with Finance to support the integration of their new scheduling system with Cascade, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure seamless system operation. Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain HR systems, including HRIS (Cascade) and ATS (Networx)
* Produce advanced reports using query builder tools and Excel
* Merge and prepare documents using mail merge
* Update job roles, salary changes, and other key HR data in Cascade
Requirements:
* CIPD qualified or equivalent experience in HR systems administration
* Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms (Cascade and Networx ideal)
* Advanced Excel skills, with experience in query builder tools and reporting
