The Role You'll play a key part in delivering high-quality 1st/2nd line support across a varied customer base, working with technologies such as: Windows 10/11 & Windows Server Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint) Networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switches, VPNs) VMware & Virtualisation Azure cloud services Hardware troubleshooting & device configuration General IT support, ticket management, and customer communication This is a hybrid role offering a mix of office and home working, ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in a structured, well-supported environment.
