Head of Marketing | Exciting Multimedia Startup | Hybrid (1 day a week onsite) | Up to £120,000
We’re working with an exciting London-based startup that’s redefining its space and now looking for a Head of Marketing to take ownership of their growth strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a performance-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape the marketing function of a business with big ambitions.
What you’ll be doing:
* Driving scalable growth by leading performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Reddit, and TikTok, in close collaboration with the General Manager.
* Designing and executing repeatable, high-impact creator acquisition strategies, focused on priority categories.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with ad platform reps and agency partners to maximise results.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for creators, delivering proactive support and setting the benchmark for outstanding service.
What we’re looking for:
* A proven track record of scaling digital performance marketing campaigns.
* Deep knowledge of paid social, search, and emerging platforms.
* Strong commercial instincts with the ability to balance creativity and data-driven decision making.
* Experience managing relationships with agencies, partners, and creators.
* A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a startup environment.
