Europcar is seeking Rental Sales Agents

You will work in a fast-paced environment where the customer is central to our operations. Your responsibilities include providing a world-class customer service experience and promoting our range of additional products and services to facilitate their onward journey. Our service-oriented sales approach also offers you the opportunity to earn significant commissions!

Your key responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality rental services tailored to customer needs
* Recognizing and reporting potential business opportunities and competitor activities
* Selling company services and products to meet targets
* Handling telephone inquiries professionally
* Completing rental administration, vehicle documentation, and damage reports accurately
* Managing cash, vehicles, premises, and ensuring customer safety
Required skills and attributes:
* A valid, clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* A positive attitude and professional appearance
* Influencing skills and enthusiasm for sales, including responding positively to objections
* Effective time management and task completion
* Ability to prioritize and stay organized under pressure
* Ability to follow procedures and instructions
