In This Role You Will
* Manage the Pre-Sales Operations: ensure effective structures and processes are in place to provide the sales organisation with accurate product information and tools.
* Collaborate with the commercial sales team on pricing strategy and structure for trucks and buses.
* Support the successful launch of new products, including training, market introductions, and type approvals.
* Enable sales teams to operate as effective single points of contact for customers through the right support and conditions.
* Analyse market segments and identify new customer opportunities and overall market potential.
* Stay up to date with customer needs and local market trends to inform decision-making.
* Drive innovation and long-term development within the pre-sales function.
* Contribute to the development of alternative fuel vehicle strategies and future product offerings.
* Systemise improvement work according to the Scania Way (SRS).
* Lead standardised work methods and continuous improvement initiatives aligned to business objectives.
* Monitor and follow up on performance, ensuring measurable targets and outcomes are achieved.
* Promote best practice sharing across teams and departments.
* Apply systematic management and lean principles to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
