As Head of Central Operations, you will lead key functions of our business that drive success. You will have overview of a branch focused helpdesk and our operating infrastructure by ensuring scalable systems and strong feedback loops across the network. This role also includes overseeing many elements of logistics and ensuring regulatory standards are met. This role is pivotal in driving consolidation strategies to optimise performance across our business, working with the other department heads to implement consistent standards. We want to give the colleagues in branch the opportunity to focus on their customers and branches, by making all the “backroom” and logistical tasks run smoothly and respond to their needs. In strategic leadership, you will work in collaboration with senior teams to deliver company wide initiatives and continuous improvement, while maintaining business continuity. As a leader you will inspire and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team that supports growth through coaching and succession planning. Leading operational change across 220 branches, you will champion customer-centric standards and resources. We are looking for someone who is a proven leader with experience by providing senior central support in a multi-site retail operations. You will have a strong background in logistics, process management, communications and change leadership, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and budget forecasting is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are key, along with a passion for people development and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll need to be resilient, adaptable, and capable of leading large teams across multiple functions while maintaining a strategic focus aligned with business goals. What do we give in return?
