You will lead 7 homes including EBD, LD & Solo placements. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic oversight and leadership across the childcare residential services. Support and develop Registered Managers to deliver high standards of care and leadership. Undertake the role of Responsible Individual under Ofsted registration, ensuring compliance and governance.
