Advert What You'll Be Doing: As our Medical Matron, you'll be at the forefront of driving excellence. Your role will involve: · Leading and empowering teams to consistently provide outstanding, patient-centred care ensuring staff are supported and services are continuously improved. · Championing innovative practice and evidence-based approaches to make a tangible difference in patient outcomes. · Taking responsibility for delivering key quality targets and promoting excellence in nursing care. · Contributing significantly to service improvement initiatives, both within medicine and across the wider trust. · Playing a crucial role in achieving financial performance targets without compromising on care quality. · Lead audits, oversee incident investigations, compliments and complaints. · Work as a key member of the specialist triumvirate Working for our organisation At the RUH we put people at the heart of what we do, working together as one team to make a difference for our patients, each other, and our community.
