Job Title: SDR Manager
Location: Manchester (Hybrid home/office)
Salary Package: £40,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits.

The Role:
· Leading an existing team of 10 SDR’s to achieve lead generation targets for the sales team.
· You’ll be pivotal in the future headcount growth of the team as demand continues to grow.
· Take ownership of performance management and coaching to continually upskill the team.
· Develop an SDR playbook to install best practice covering all parts of the early sales process.
· Implement a robust sales outreach program and explore ways to increase conversions rates.
· Set and measure ambitious KPI’s. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
The Requirements:
· Must have +3 years Sales Development / Inside Sales experience ideally in a Tech/SaaS org.
· Must have +1 year team management / leadership experience in a commercial environment.
· A strong track record of personal and team performance. Demonstrating positive growth.
· Expert in structured sales outreach, stakeholder management and pipeline building.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport.
· You’ll need to be confident, high energy and able to articulate complex topics to customers.
· Passionate about creating value and the getting the best possible outcomes for your team.
The Process:
1. 30 min video call with HR Manager
2. 60 min video call with Sales Director
3. 90 min F2F meeting and presentation to sales leadership team
