Salary: Circa £100,000
Start Date: ASAP
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 08.45 – 17.30

What you’ll do:
* Lead our CRM transformation programme
* Own IT strategy and delivery
* Manage internal development and external partners
* Improve system performance and usability
* Build strong reporting and data capability
What we’re looking for:
* Proven IT leadership experience
* Strong delivery track record (not just strategy)
* Experience with CRM/platform migrations
* Commercial mindset
* Ability to lead teams and drive change
