Complex Works Coordinator Location: Wembley | Hybrid Working (3 Days from Home) Pay: £25–£27 per hour Umbrella Contract: Ongoing Temporary Contract | 3–6 Months Minimum We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Complex Works Coordinator to join one of London's most respected G15 housing associations. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within a busy Property Services team, supporting the delivery of complex repairs, damp & mould cases, and responsive maintenance works — with a strong focus on compliance with Awaab’s Law and ensuring residents receive a proactive, customer-focused service. The Role Working closely with surveyors, contractors, and internal teams, you’ll coordinate complex repair cases from start to finish, ensuring works are managed efficiently, risks are escalated appropriately, and vulnerable residents are supported throughout the process. Key responsibilities include: Managing damp & mould and complex repair cases in line with service standards and Awaab’s Law expectations Coordinating surveyor inspections and follow-on works Managing contractor performance and ensuring works are completed within target timescales Handling escalations, complaints, and high-profile repairs proactively Maintaining accurate records across internal systems including NEC and MS Dynamics Supporting the delivery of fire safety and HHSRS-related repair actions Providing excellent communication to residents and stakeholders throughout the repairs journey We’re Looking For Previous experience within social housing repairs, maintenance, or property services Strong understanding of customer-focused repairs delivery and case management Experience managing damp & mould, disrepair, or complex repairs is highly desirable Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands Confident working with contractors and internal stakeholders Good Microsoft Office and systems experience This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with long-term potential and an immediate start available for the right candidate.
