Resource management and strategic planning for Creative Services team.
As the primary point of contact for all creative requests, coordinate GIH and when applicable Centre of Excellence requirements.
Line management of all Creative Services team members.
Establish and refine systems and procedures to assign work within the creative services team.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to verify the quality of information and briefing at each stage of the process, intervening constructively when issues arise regarding quality or timelines.
Manage internal schedules diligently, ensuring prompt communication of any changes.
Oversee all GIH events, with specific responsibility for delivering all GIH gold events and silver when required—ensuring impeccable execution and memorable experiences that meet business and marketing objectives.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality services, including GIH requirements for:
* Translations
* Merchandise
* POS
* Other key creative services outside of our core agencies when required
Facilitate onboarding for new hires in the creative team.
Maintain the GIH marketing budget and prepare required reports.
