Job Overview
Band 5a to 5b (£25,989 to £26,403) per annum.
Permanent, Full Time 37 Hours.
Based at the Guildhall, Gainsborough.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to residents, understanding their needs quickly.
* Support Customer Service Advisors to learn and develop their skills, transferring knowledge and expertise.
* Respond to difficult, demanding and upsetting situations that can escalates quickly, demonstrating emotional intelligence.
* Deliver high‑level knowledge of all council services, including Waste Services, Planning, Trinity Arts and Home Choices.
* Maintain security responsibilities, managing expectations while looking after yourself and others.
Qualifications
* Previous experience providing a service to customers, including a security element.
* Good IT skills to input, retrieve and amend data.
* Ability to listen and identify how you can assist customers accurately and efficiently.
* Resilient and emotionally intelligent to manage expectations.
