Lutine Bell are supporting an award-winning UK Bank in the appointment of their Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager.
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid 2 days p/w)
Salary: £75,000-£80,000
What You’ll Do:
🔘 Lead the delivery of a risk-based Compliance Monitoring plan.
🔘 Manage and guide your team in executing compliance monitoring activities.
🔘 Drive continuous improvement and engage with stakeholders.
🔘 Lead by example with pragmatic decision-making and strong leadership.
What You’ll Bring:
✔️ At least 5 years of experience in a compliance role (within Banking)
✔️ Strong understanding of FCA Handbook and relevant regulations.
✔️ Excellent team leadership skills.
