Opportunity
Senior Graphic Designer responsible for creating impactful design and motion graphic materials. Supports Corporate Communications and key business stakeholders, including executives, Global Private Client, Private Client Group Marketing, and Institutional organizations. Contributes to internal, employee‑facing creative deliverables. Works closely with the Multimedia Design Team Lead and Corporate Communications leadership. Based in‑office, plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality, visually engaging content.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Oversee assigned complex tasks to completion.
* Identify potential process improvements and recommend solutions to management.
* Assist in developing and implementing solutions to improve departmental efficiency.
* Complete various projects in collaboration with management.
* Mentor associates and new analysts on the team.
* Manage fee structure and recognized European custodians.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
* Proficient in design and motion graphic software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
* Strong qualitative and/or quantitative skills.
* Ability to analyze situations and develop creative solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt to changes in a fast‑paced, team environment.
* Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
