Key Responsibilities for this Shift Production Manager: Develop, monitor, and improve production KPIs (output, quality, efficiency, waste, downtime) Oversee daily production output, efficiency, and quality Manage shipping operations and ensure on-time deliveries Drive lean/CI initiatives and reduce downtime/waste Develop production plans and schedules in collaboration with planning and logistics teams. Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards Work closely with maintenance to plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with maintenance, planning, and supply chain teams Oversee budget, resource allocation, and cost management related to running operations.
